General Terms

Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order and not the time of despatch. You will be notified of any goods that are not in stock and offered an alternative item where applicable, we could also offer to make a special order on your behalf from our suppliers (this will be subject to availability at our suppliers) or we will refund your money in full if you do not wish to have an alternative item or place a special order or if the item is no longer available. When buying goods on this site you are entering into a legally binding contract with 3D Motorcycle Training Ltd.UK law is applicable on this site.

You will receive a confirmation email for all orders placed. We aim to process and despatch all orders within seven working days from the date of order. Once processed, all orders are sent on a next day service, all orders will require a signature on delivery. Our Courier Company operate a tracking system; you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, this email will have the tracking information and estimated delivery date and time. Please check that all your details are correct on your confirmation email; please contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Our standard delivery charges for shipping to addresses in the UK are calculated based on the weight of items purchased, this is calculated and the cost displayed at the checkout. The maximum you will be charged for delivery within the UK is £15. We can deliver to other locations, but please contact us prior to placing your order to acquire a shipping quote for the location you wish items to be sent.

We accept online payments by credit card or debit card, the following cards are acceptable: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. You can also make payment by Paypal or you can send us a cheque with your order, all cheques must be cleared before your goods can be despatched. 3D Motorcycle Training will not pass on any personal details of your transaction. Security Policy

You must choose a user name and password on completion of your registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that user name and password and shall only use the site under your own user name and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. You should not transfer or sell your user name to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your user name or password. When entering our site please be aware that an Internet cookie (unique identifier) will be sent to your computer, this is to enable us to gather data regarding users of our site, these cookies can be easily be deleted and cause no harm to your computer. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us via email, telephone or post.

Delivery Policy

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of items purchased and your delivery address. The cost of delivery will be displayed during the checkout process. Full details of our delivery costs and the service level you can expect are on our dedicated Delivery & Returns page.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period. Please email us at info@3dmotorcycletraining.co.uk before returning any items.

All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Product Warranty

All goods sold are subject to a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated, in the unlikely event that you need to make a claim please contact us on 07825 747 637 or by email at info@3dmotorcycletraining.co.uk, we reserve the right to have goods inspected. If the fault is minor we will offer you a repair and return the item to a satisfactory standard if the item has a more serious fault we would normally exchange it for you subject to availability. Please report any faults immediately to us and we will advise you on your best course of action.

Complaints Procedure

3D Motorcycle Training Ltd. is committed to providing the highest standard of service to our customers. However, should you need to complain we will do everything possible to ensure that your complaint is dealt with quickly and fairly? The easiest way to complain is to simply send us an e-mail on info@3dmotorcycletraining.co.uk we will try to resolve your complaint if they cannot, or further investigation is required, we promise to acknowledge this within five working days. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOTORCYCLE TRAINING COURSES

1. Terms and Conditions1. 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd shall make the services of an instructor available to the customer for the sole purpose of giving the customer motorcycle rider training.

2. 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd shall have the right to substitute another instructor for the purposes of giving all or any of the lessons if the proposed instructor is not available for any reason.

3. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange a lesson where the weather conditions prevailing at the time would make it unsafe to proceed with the lesson without cost to the customer. The instructor’s decision is Final and will not be overruled.

4. A valid provisional or full licence acting as a provisional both photocard or older style licence with a valid passport must be made available to the instructor at all times during training. If a licence is found to be invalid the customer will forfeit all or part of the training fee. It is also a good idea to read an up-to-date Highway Code before any training commences.

5. If an invalid licence or no licence is produced or the customer cannot comply with the eyesight test the session cannot proceed no refund will be applicable.

6. Due to the on going Covid situation Protective equipment is not been provided at present and you must supply your own (We will provide a helmet, and gloves, jacket and waterproofs CAN be loaned if ordered at the time of booking for training but sensible warm, strong clothing and boots (NOT trainers) are required for effective instruction and safety.) The instructor may cancel(no refund applicable) or re-arrange the session if the customer’s clothing is deemed to be compromising your safety.

7. If the customer cancels where the instructor considers the weather conditions prevailing would not compromise safety or does not comply with any of the previously stated conditions then the customer would forfeit the training fee or deposit for that course. The instructor’s decision is Final and will not be overruled.

8. In the case of Compulsory Basic Training if the customer does not reach the required standard on the first attempt the customer it must be re-arranged on the day of the CBT dependent on the training schedule. The instructor’s decision is final and will not be overruled.

9. A deposit is required to book courses.(CBT:- full payment. All other courses:- full payment on booking or as arranged ) The customer will be advised of the amount and the balance payable(VIA BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL) before the start of course. Deposits are non-refundable and once take are confirmation of course.

10. Courses will start on time. If a customer is late for whatever reason they will forfeit the fee for that course if it has already started.

11. All payments made for training are based on the course being taken in an agreed and reasonable time. If training is adversely affected by an interruption because of circumstances out with the control of 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd and progress is delayed unreasonably, 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd reserves the right to make an additional charge for training. Any self-cancellation, by the customer, of a course once payment has been made or training started then no refund will be given(see 17 below).

3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd reserve the right to re-book any courses where circumstances are beyond their control.

Any interruption in training in excess of 28 days would be deemed unreasonable and no refund will be given.

12. In the event a customer uses their own machine for training purposes it must be in a roadworthy condition, with regulation “L” plates, and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation and the customer must make available to the instructor the required legal documents such as insurance certificate, a valid MoT certificate (if applicable) and proof of valid road fund licence (tax disc). 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd reserves the right to refuse to train a customer on their own machine if it does not comply, in the instructor’s opinion, with the necessary legal requirements and consequently the forfeit of the training fee or deposit for that session. Any damage caused to the customer’s own machine whilst being used for training is the responsibility of the customer. If you are taking a motorcycle test then it must have an MPH speedo (no stickers or overlays) and is suitable for the test you wish to take, i.e., (A1, A2 etc). In short, the responsibility for ensuring that your bike is suitable and eligible for the test is yours, the customer.

13. The instructor has the right to halt or suspend the training of a customer if they believe the customer to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are tired or feel unwell at any time during your course, please pull over in a safe place and bring this to the attention of your instructor.

14. Any course, practical test and training fees will be forfeited by the customer under the following circumstances.

a) Failure by the customer to present the necessary documentation at the time of the tests or course. (Valid UK licence, CBT certificate, Theory Test Pass certificate, Module 1 Pass certificate).

If using your own Moped/Motorcycle the Proof of MOT, Insurance and Vehicle Excise Licence will need to be produced.

b) Failure by the customer to attend or be in time for the tests or course for any reason.

c) Failure by the customer to complete the recommended course prior to the tests.

d) Failure to rearrange any postponed course or test(see 11 above) within 28 days.

15. A Hazard Perception and Theory Test and CBT course must be completed and passed by the customer before a Module 1 test can be reserved.

16. The instructor retains the right to withdraw the customer from the intended practical tests if the instructor believes that the required standards of safety and control have not or will not be achieved within the necessary time constraints. Where applicable alternative test dates may be arranged and/or tests be taken on a smaller capacity machine. This will incur extra fees.

17. 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd requires at least 3 clear working days notice for normal lessons, small bike courses,(E.G. CBT) and 10 clear working days notice for all other courses (E.G. DAS, Intensive and Advanced courses) before cancellation. A clear working day is one full day Monday to Friday. If this notice is not given all of the training course fees will be forfeited.

18. 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your property, nor death or injury unless due to negligence or other failures of 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd to perform its obligations under general law. In the unlikely event of an accident, 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd have in place Public Liability Insurance and Motor Insurance in order to ensure that you have the best protection possible whilst training with us.

19. 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING Ltd reserve the right to remove you from your course with no right to refund, for abusive and aggressive behavior, any form of prejudice (e.g. sexual, racial, political or religious), any form of harassment, dangerous or aggressive riding, against the instructor or any other person on your course or within the training facility area and failure to comply consistently with any given instruction (by the instructor of the course) deemed to put yourself or others in danger.

20. All Helmets purchased from 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING LTD EITHER when booking a CBT Course OR straight purchase, once ordered, delivered and left 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING LTD cannot be returned as they are classed as PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT.

21. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and are valid for six months from date of issue.

22. By submitting an online form to contact 3D MOTORCYCLE TRAINING we will store the basic details on the form in order for us to contact you at a later date. No information which we collect with these forms will be passed to any 3rd parties without your permission.
